Automatic Book Casing in and Joint Forming Machine MF-FAC390 is widely applied in diaries, photo albums and other hard cover books. It is designed for print finishing process. We adopt the PLC controlling systems with touch screen operating systems. Less operating technique is required. It will auto push the cases, auto combine the cases with blocks, auto nipping and joint forming, and auto stack the finished books.

This machine consist of three parts: Auto Casing in Part, Auto Pressing & Creasing Part, Auto collecting part.

1. CASING IN PART:

• Use touch screen to make the operation easier;
• Apply auto feeder for cases delivery;
• Add creasing function and heating on the slot of cases for better casing in effect;
• Auto Casing In Device 

2. PRESSING & CREASING PART

• Use touch screen to make the operation easier;
• Use Mechanical Arms to pick the books, ad voiding scratching the book cover;
• Use Hydraulic Power for both pressing & Creasing. Larger pressure, more beautiful effect.

3.COLLECTING PART:

• With counting function;
• Auto stack the books.
