• Put the board papers on the working table.
• With feeder system, paper is collected one by one down to the unilateral gluing equipment and the first layer of every book will not be gluing so that every book block is separated naturally.
• All of the layers will be sent to the book collection station with the book spine downwards by the suction cylinder.
• When one book block is finished, it will be pressed tightly from three directions by the swing pressing board.
• Then the finished products are one pile of the square book blocks with precise size and trimmed edge .
• Press the glued papers by Pneumatic Pressing Machine MF-PM500.
