The paper feeding part of this machine does not require a conveying device and can be connected to the paper output position of any brand of folding machine to realize linked folding, punching, and die-cutting, eliminating subsequent processing procedures. For 8-sheet and 16-sheet folded booklets, the speed can reach 4500-7500 booklets per hour. It can complete book back coil holes, book corner semicircular holes, and diagonal stamp holes in one go, and can also die-cut book edges and book ladders (moon-cutting). It can also be connected with other machines to complete processes requiring punching and die-cutting. The power system adopts an imported Mitsubishi 3.5KW servo system combined with photoelectric switches and PLC programs to achieve linkage functions.
